La casa fue comprada en el 2007 y reformada a nuevo. En Agosto del 2010, terminé la última refacción que incluyó la ampliación de un salón y un baño completo, entrada y puerta de entrada. Luego de las reformas ha quedado de aprox. 70 metros, tiene tres habitaciones, dos baños, lavadero, cocina y salón. La parcela es de 480 metros cuadrados. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventana: luz y ventilación. El acristalamiento es óptimo para la zona de montaña. Las temperaturas mínimas son de -10°C en invierno como mucho y en verano, es un sueño.
Se encuentra aproximadamente a 10 min en coche del pueblo y al lado de la RENFE y metros de paradas de autobuses al Escorial y a Robledo Pueblo.
